OMSE are searching for a highly conceptual, detailed oriented, and multi-disciplinary Senior Designer to join our team in London on a full-time basis in our Shoreditch studio with work-from-home on Wednesdays.

About the role:

• Lead end-to-end design on major projects, from concept to delivery.

• Develop strategic, innovative design solutions aligned with client goals.

• Create and present clear, compelling brand narratives and presentations.

• Manage multiple projects, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.

• Communicate confidently with clients across presentations, calls, and emails.

• Mentor designers and interns, and art direct team members and freelancers.

• Source and manage illustrators and photographers within budget and timelines.

• Stay current with industry trends and tools to inform new approaches.

• Lead and organise team initiatives, self-initiated projects, and studio activities.

Salary will be based on experience.
