What we're looking for
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as their primary point of contact.
Act as a bridge between clients and the creative team, ensuring ideas and designs align with shared goals and client briefs.
Able to develop timelines, budgets, team resource planning and project scopes with accuracy.
Start to have an understanding of what you need for your projects and creating clear communication channels so expectations of peoples time is managed appropriately.
You’re an excellent communicator, confident, empathetic, and an attentive listener who builds trust with clients and the team.
You’re highly organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused, always proactive in tackling challenges, able to managing multiple clients and projects.
You will support senior accounts & creative directors in the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial briefing to final delivery.
You have 1-2 years experience in a branding studio/ agency or equlivant to apply for this role.
